1. Female Spokesmodel / Co-Host

​

We are seeking a confident, charismatic female spokesmodel to co-host Sushi Smackdown alongside Sushi Master Gino Mazziani.

Role Overview:

 

• Co-host live Chef vs Chef battles and Sushi Smackdown events
   

• Engage chefs, audiences, and viewers on camera
   

• Represent Sushi Smackdown across digital media, live events, and press
   

• Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to every episode
   

 

Ideal Candidate:

 

• Strong on-camera presence
   

• Confident speaking live and unscripted
   

• Passion for food, culture, and entertainment
   

• Modeling, hosting, or media experience preferred
   

 

Location: Travel-based / Nationwide
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

 

2. Brand Ambassadors

(Merchandising & Restaurant Promotion)

We are looking for energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent Sushi Smackdown at licensed restaurants, events, and activations.

Role Overview:

 

• Promote Sushi Smackdown merchandise
   

• Support licensed restaurants during events
   

• Engage sushi lovers and build excitement
   

• Represent the brand at live battles, pop-ups, and promotions
   

• Help drive merchandise and kit sales
   

 

Ideal Candidate:

 

• Outgoing, friendly, and personable
   

• Comfortable interacting with the public
   

• Social media savvy is a plus
   

• Event or promotional experience preferred
   

 

Location: Regional / Local territories
Compensation: Hourly + incentives

 

3. Restaurant Sales & Operations Representatives

(Licensing, Battle Kits & Merchandise Management)

We are also hiring Restaurant Representatives to help expand and manage the Sushi Smackdown restaurant network.

​

Role Overview:

 

• Sign up sushi restaurants to participate in Sushi Smackdown
   

• Manage restaurant relationships within assigned territories
   

• Coordinate Chef vs Chef battle kits and fulfillment
   

• Oversee in-restaurant merchandise opportunities
   

• Ensure smooth execution of live event catering operations
   

 

Ideal Candidate:

 

• Sales or restaurant industry experience preferred
   

• Strong communication and organization skills
   

• Self-motivated and relationship-driven
   

• Comfortable managing multiple restaurant partners
   

 

Location: Territory-based
Compensation: Salary and Commission-based + performance bonuses
